Calista’s background includes experience in childcare and administrative positions. She is new to the virtual world but thrilled about the opportunities ahead. Her two pets consume most of her leisure time, she also enjoys cooking, baking, and the occasional puzzle.

Bookkeeping has been a constant in my life for over 30 years from our own small business to 12 years at a construction company. I get a kick out of seeing all the numbers match and getting to that zero difference in reconciling! Being in an office for the last 12 years, I decided to try remote working to be able to do what I love from my beautiful home on the water.

I enjoy being with my family. We are avid Astros baseball fans along with being Boise State and A&M football fans. Aside from my human kids, I also have a 8 yr old rescue dog – Buddy, who works alongside me every day and a 3 yr old granddog – Wren. Our house is run solely for their comfort and convenience.

Jenna has been working in bookkeeping and accounting since 2019 and she is in school at University of Phoenix. Jenna has an associate’s degree in business management and will have her bachelor’s in accounting in February of 2025. Jenna has two beautiful little boys and enjoys what she does for work more than anything.

Taylor is a Texas transplant living in Austin. Taylor moved from Nebraska at 17 with $500 and a dream. 13 years later, I have a longtime partner, Jack, and several animals that they care for. I spend my free time collecting records, reading, sewing, and traveling with Jack or friends. Since moving to Austin, I found my professional niche in finance. I started out as a small-time bookkeeper for a boutique tobacco lounge for many years. Afterwards, I moved on to the corporate world as an AP Manager and Contract Manager in the construction industry with a focus on construction billing. I have a love for numbers and organization that makes finance a perfect fit for me.

Twana has a business degree from the University of Texas in Arlington. She has a vast range of experience in administrative work, with a strong financial background. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and animals.

April has 5 years experience in bookkeeping/general office management. She has experience bookkeeping for many different types of businesses, including a well-known HVAC company in the area. She has worked for a couple of tax firms in DFW. She loves working with numbers and solving puzzles. She is QBO and Desktop certified.

I am a dedicated and experienced accounting professional with over a decade of expertise in the field. Having overseen full operations at an Avionics company, I improved their internal and external operating structure and transformed it into a thriving global enterprise.
Originally from Miami, FL, I recently relocated to the Lone Star State to start a family and pursue new professional opportunities. My background includes knowledge and experience in administration, human resources, inventory management and technical maintenance.

When I’m not working you will find me restoring and racing 90’s JDM cars with my husband, farming, crafting, gardening and playing with my three Australian Shepherds.

I used to work full time in supply chain logistics. I began working in bookkeeping in 2018. I love that I get to use my attention to detail and organizational gifts to help a multitude of different clients.

I’m married to a hard working guy who stole my heart years ago! We have 3 children, 16, 12, 6months. I absolutely love being a wife and mother. I stay busy with their sports and other school activities and always found it a priority to be consistent in their lives. We have lived in Fort Worth for many years and love it here although the countryside is calling my name everyday. We have a dog named Harriet who loves going for walks and drags me around the neighborhood. I love all kinds of music and love being home hanging out. I also love plants and you will find many of them around our home. I love to go to antique stores as vintage things are my jam! I love connecting with others and taking care of people.

I have been in the Accounting Profession for over twenty years in for-profit and non-profit businesses. I have a passion for helping businesses succeed.

I have been married to my wonderful husband for over twenty-five years and although we do not have children…we have lots of nephews and nieces. We live in a rural area in Texas. Hunting, fishing, and taking long walks are just a few things that we love to do.

I am married and have 2 girls and 2 dogs! We love going to Stars games and hanging out on the lake. I earned my Bachelors degree of Arts and have been a graphic designer for almost 20 years. I really love what I do as well as learning new things to evolve with the ever changing technology!

I have been with my amazing husband for 16 years and we have three crazy kids. They keep us busy with all their activities that go anywhere from Basketball, to Cheerleading, and Barrel Racing. We enjoy living in the country with our horses, chickens, dogs, and barn cats. A little about my background I went to school to be an MA 2008 and then to be an LVN 2010 all to end up working for a Long-Term Care Pharmacy in their billing department right after school. The company ended up closing its doors in 2013 so I found a job as an administrator for a car dealership. After a few years of learning everything I could I decided it was time to look for somewhere that gave me the opportunity to grow. In 2016 I started with a roofing company running their new construction division and eventually became the office manager for the window and siding division. I love helping new entities get on their feet and implement processes. August 2021 Morgan came to me with a business proposal to join her team and I could not be more excited for this opportunity to help small to medium sized business grow their dreams!
